About Lisinopril / Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets

Lisinopril/hydrochlorothiazide tablets are a combination medication that may help manage hypertension, or high blood pressure. Lisinopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, which works by relaxing blood vessels to lower blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that helps the body remove excess salt and water, which also may help reduce blood pressure. This combination may be prescribed when single medications are not sufficient to control blood pressure.[1]

Storage

Store this medication at 68°F to 77°F (20°C to 25°C) and away from heat, moisture and light. Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Throw away any unused medicine after the beyond use date. Do not flush unused medications or pour down a sink or drain.
